The reason no one plays is because the game cucks you so hard with its progression caps, and drop rates making it so unenjoyable and unplayable, that unless you have a spare $100000 or more laying around, you will never complete on the ladder. Couple that with the inability to do any content due to no one playing the game, but the game requiring you to be in groups to do the majority of what content is left. Once you hit level 60 there is nothing to do, and the caps on what you can do per day is horrifically restrictive.
